Jamie Oliver Group, Universal Music, Sony Music.
BA (Marketing), Mini MBA Brand Strategy.
Since his formative days, Jeremy has been values driven: equal parts challenger and reformer. Strong, protective and resourceful, but also conscientious and ethical, advocating change, and striving to improve things.
After studying marketing at University, he started out his career in the music industry, culminating as Senior Marketing Director at Universal Music. Throughout his time in music, he recognised the power of creative culture to create positive social impact, but also regularly experienced behaviours that didn’t sit right with his values. This lit a fire to do something about it.
He further developed his skills and experience at Jamie Oliver Group, where as Chief Brand Officer he was able to grow his focus on driving positive impact through a creative, commercial business. As well as running brand, marketing & comms, he led Jamie’s campaigns team in their fight for better access to healthy food for all, helped create the youth led partner charity Bite Back 2030, and led the organisation through B Corp certification which was proudly achieved in 2020. He developed the groups sustainability strategy, implemented annual social impact targets, and galvanised the whole organisation around being a commercial business with social purpose at its heart.
The next phase is all about driving positive societal impact and helping others do the same.
